    How to handle initial service?<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Regular Treatment:\n
        \n
      • Treat crack and crevices with Vendetta Cockroach Gel. Make sure areas are inaccessible to children and pets. Gel should only be used in areas that will not be treated with insecticide<\/li>\n
      • Check under sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves in kitchen. Check around toilets in bathrooms. Also check trash containers and inside cabinets and storage areas.<\/li>\n
      • Treat feeding areas or hiding areas using Phantom \/ Alpine WSG mixed with Gentrol IGR Concentrate<\/li>\n
      • Install glue board monitors for ongoing monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Flush Out Treatment:\n
          \n
        • Use PT565 Plus XLO in all hiding places for roaches. Area has to be closed for 15 minutes after treatment and opened and ventilated prior to reoccupying<\/li>\n
        • The flush out treatment using aerosols has to be done together with a bait or residual treatment to be effective. Aerosol has no residual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Why do we use these products?<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Vendetta Cockroach Gel is a non-repellent. The roaches take it back into the colony. When they defecate there or die there other roaches will eat the remains and be infected as well.<\/li>\n
          • Phantom Insecticide \/ Alpine WSG are non-repellent that will also be transferred from roach to roach<\/li>\n
          • Gentrol IGR Concentrate provides a long-lasting residual up to 6 months so that the colony won\u2019t build back up.<\/li>\n
          • PT565 Plus XLO and CB80 are used for a flush-out. They are repellents. They are sprayed inside the cockroach hiding cracks and crevices. Because they are repellent it will move the roaches out of their nesting areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            What to communicate to client?<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Make sure the client understands that we will need more than one treatment to eliminate activity<\/li>\n
            • If needed, explain to client sanitation efforts that would help speed up the treatment<\/li>\n
            • You might see more activity in the beginning, particularly if we do a flush out<\/li>\n
            • The office will follow up with you after 2 weeks to check the progress of the treatment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              How to handle follow ups?<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Mix up the treatment on the follow ups<\/li>\n
              • Make sure to at the very least spot treat on follow ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Document any sanitation issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    • The initial service for the Protection Plan always includes:\n

                      • Perimeter application<\/li>\n
                      • Remove spider webs outside<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
