What Happens After We Complete A Service?

Here’s what happens when we complete a service with a client on the Protection Plan.

For people who go with a one-time service, they have to contact the office to schedule a follow-up. A one-time service includes one follow up.

Timeline for Protection Plan Clients

Day 1
Client contacts office and sets up service

Same Day or Next Day
Technician performs initial service

Day After Treatment
Office notifies client of 2 week follow up appointment including date and time

Two Weeks Later
Technician performs follow up treatment

Next Steps depend on whether issue is resolved or not:

Issue Resolved

Day of Follow Up
Technician communicates to client that everything looks good and we’re moving on to quarterly schedule

Issue Requires More Follow Ups

Day of Follow Up
Technician communicates to client that we will be performing another follow up
Technician writes in “Office Notes” in “Complete” tab: “Schedule 2 week follow up”

Day After Treatment
Office notifies client of 2 week follow up appointment including date and time

Two Weeks Later
Technician Performs Follow Up Treatment
