Preferred Products We Use:
- PTI Wasp Freeze II
- Delta Dust
- Talstar P
- Temprid FX
Note: PTI Wasp Freeze II only has one function. To treat a wasp or hornet nest directly. DO NOT use for anything else. It stains surfaces. It dissolves paint.
How to handle initial service?
Wasps, Yellow Jackets or Hornets
- Treat nest directly with PTI Wasp Freeze II
- Treat any entrance and surrounding areas that they are located in with Delta Dust
- Treat active areas, entrances to hiding spots and surrounding areas with Talstar P or Temprid FX
Cicada Killer Wasps or Ground Nesting Bees
- Treat holes directly with Talstar P or Temprid FX
- Treat holes directly with Delta Dust
What to communicate to client?
- Explain whether you found a nest or not and whether it was removed or not
- Explain that you treated using a residual product. In other words, this will take some time to work
- Explain that the treatment is active for 3-4 weeks
- The office will reach out to them after 2 weeks to check the progress of the treatment
What to document?
- Document level of activity
- Document any treated areas and method of treatment
- On follow ups document level of activity

- For single family homes we provide either 30-day special or Protection Plan (quarterly)
How do they differ?
- The initial service for the Protection Plan always includes:
- Perimeter application
- Remove spider webs outside
- The 30-day special is just focused on getting rid of target pest
