How to handle initial service?

  • Install glue board monitors for ongoing monitoring
  • Non-repellent treatment with Phantom / Alpine WSG has some transfer effect (not as much as for ants/roaches)
  • Inspect for moisture and humidity issues in attics, crawlspaces, drop ceilings and basements including sump pumps.
  • Treat areas with most insect activity with Phantom, Alpine WSG, Talstar P, Temprid FX or Niban Granular Bait

What to communicate to client?

  • Explain any moisture or humidity issues to client and that they need to be fixed.
  • Our office will follow up with you in two weeks to check the progress of the treatment

How to handle follow ups?

  • Re-check for conducive conditions including moisture and humidity issues
  • Spot treat as needed

What to document?

  • Document any conducive conditions
  • Document treated areas and method of treatment
  • Document level of activity

Treatment options we provide?

  • For single family homes we provide either 30-day special or Protection Plan (quarterly)

How do they differ?

  • The initial service for the Protection Plan always includes:
    • Perimeter application
    • Remove spider webs outside
  • The 30-day special is just focused on getting rid of target pest
