Structures Module for Audited Accounts
For audited accounts, food processing, any client that needs trend reporting everything takes place within the structures section of PestRoutes/FieldRoutes.
Nothing should be in the equipment section.
If you can't see the structures section then the account is set up wrong and needs to be changed to a structures account. Let the office know to fix that.
This shows the structure section in PestRoutes.
In general, we will set up "Interior" and "Exterior" as the main structures.
If needed, additional substructures can be added within these 2 main structures.
Substructures are necessary when there's areas where we need to treat with chemicals. For example, in an audited account where they keep seeing ants in the office part of the structure. It would be fine to treat there with products that are off-limits in a production area. The substructure setup with a separate "Office" and "Production" area would make it very clear where the products were used.
When there are multiple sub-structures you can access those by clicking the arrow on the right.
To start scanning stations and logging activity, click the three dots on the left next to the structure or sub-structure that you are working and click "View Details".
Either scan the station or click the arrow on the right and then click "Edit Equipment".
As always, scanning gets you to the right station.
Within structures you can also pull up all the equipment within that structure or substructure.
Next to the equipment (in this case "Tincat 24") click the arrow and then go to "Edit Equipment" to log activity.
After clicking "Edit Equipment" go to the "Activity" tab and click "New Activity" to log what you found.
For activity, PestRoutes allows to log "captures", "sightings" and "evidence". For audited accounts when they are reporting sightings those should be logged.
When mice are caught, at a minimum fill in "Insect", "Activity Type" and "Quantity" sections.
