How to handle initial service?
- Install glue board monitors for ongoing monitoring
- Non-repellent treatment with Phantom / Alpine WSG has some transfer effect (not as much as for ants/roaches)
- Inspect for moisture and humidity issues in attics, crawlspaces, drop ceilings and basements including sump pumps.
- Treat areas with most insect activity with Phantom, Alpine WSG, Talstar P, Temprid FX or Niban Granular Bait
What to communicate to client?
- Explain any moisture or humidity issues to client and that they need to be fixed.
- Our office will follow up with you in two weeks to check the progress of the treatment
How to handle follow ups?
- Re-check for conducive conditions including moisture and humidity issues
- Spot treat as needed
What to document?
- Document any conducive conditions
- Document treated areas and method of treatment
- Document level of activity
Treatment options we provide?
- For single family homes we provide either 30-day special or Protection Plan (quarterly)
How do they differ?
- The initial service for the Protection Plan always includes:
- Perimeter application
- Remove spider webs outside
- The 30-day special is just focused on getting rid of target pest
